A2 Hosting rebranded to Hosting.com, and a2hosting.com now redirects there — if you're comparing old A2 reviews (including ours), map the names first. The shared lineup as published in July 2026: Starter at $2.99/mo intro (1 site, 15 GB), then Plus (2 sites, 30 GB), Pro (10 sites, 50 GB), and Max (100 sites, 100 GB), on AMD EPYC/NVMe infrastructure with LiteSpeed caching, cPanel, free migration, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The developer-friendly DNA survived the rebrand: SSH access, Git, and multiple PHP versions on shared plans — still unusual at this price.
The renewal math
The Starter intro at $2.99/mo renews around $11.90/mo per our July 2026 pass — about a 4× delta, typical for the tier. The old A2 'Turbo' branding is being folded into the new lineup, so verify which tier actually carries the performance stack (LiteSpeed, NVMe) you're paying for rather than assuming the old plan names.

A rebrand of this size (new domain, new plan names, consolidated product lines) is exactly when documentation, billing edge cases, and support scripts wobble — approach with that expectation.
